Registration fee

• Presenters must complete registration before February 29th (Please note that the registration will be cancelled when the payment of the registration fee has not been completed by February 29th).
• Non-student fee includes ～ banquet (Please consider registration in advance in terms of reducing food loss. We would like to receive it by the end of March. If the number of participants in the banquet exceeds the expected number of reservations, you may not be able to get the banquet ticket).
• Student fee includes the fee for the reception but does not include the fee for the banquet.
• If you need a visa application, we recommend finishing registration early.
• Cancellations before Feb. 28th will receive a full refund, and cancellations before March 31st will receive a half refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund after April 1st.

Optional fee

• Reception: Evening of May 7th
• Women researcher's luncheon meeting: Lunch time of May 8th
• Student and young researcher mixer: Evening of May 8th
• Excursion: Afternoon of May 9th
• Banquet: Evening of May 9th
• Farewell party: Evening of May 10th

Accompanying person fee

• Accompanying person can be registered by a participant who has been registered as a non-student or a student.
• Reception, Banquet, and Farewell party are included in the accompanying person fee.

Childcare service

The registration of the childcare service has closed.
