On-line early-bird registration (on or before April 25th 2019)
Standard: 65,000 JPY,
Student: 35,000 JPY
On-line late registration (from April 26th 2019 through June 14th 2019) or Onsite
Standard: 75,000 JPY, Student: 45,000 JPY
* Early-bird registration fee may not be valid if your payment is not confirmed by Apr. 25, 2019.
| Excursion (14:00 on July 3, 2019): 4,000 JPY |
On-line reservation on or before June 3, 2019 is required for the excursion. No refund on cancellation of the excursion after June 3, 2019. No seats will be available for onsite registrants.
| Conference banquet (July 4, 2019) : 10,000 JPY |
On-line reservation on or before June 14, 2019 is required for the banquet. No seats will be available for onsite registrants.
"Standard" or "student" registrations include the following:
- Admission to all technical sessions
- Program booklet
- Proceedings (on USB flash drive)
- Welcome reception (July 1, 2019)
- Farewell reception (July 5, 2019)
Registration fee of an accompanying person is gratis.
"Accompanying person" is a spouse or a child of a "standard fee" participant and is a non-academic person. "Accompanying person" registration includes the following:
- Program booklet
- Welcome reception (July 1, 2019)
- Farewell reception (July 5, 2019)
Only payment by credit card is acceptable for on-line registration.
For onsite registration, payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or JCB) or cash (Japanese Yen only) will be accepted.
Cancellation and refund policy of registration and banquet
- Cancellation received on or before April 25, 2019 (JST): Full refund less an administrative charge of 3,000 JPY
- Cancellation received on or before June 14, 2019 (JST): 50% of the total amount paid less an administrative charge of 3,000 JPY
- Cancellation received on or after June 15, 2019 (JST): No Refund
- In case of refundment, all bank charges for wire transfer will be covered by participants.
* Please keep in mind that the cancellation policy of registration is different from that of accommodation.
Cancellation and refund policy of excursion
- Cancellation received on or before June 3, 2019 (JST): Full refund
- Cancellation received on or after June 4, 2019 (JST): No Refund
