Information for Speakers in ASPACC2019

Dear speakers at ASPACC2019,

There are several pieces of information for you.

1. Please bring your own laptop PC for your presentation. The projectors accept both HDMI and VGA connections.

2. 20 min. are assigned to one paper. (15 min. for presentation and 5 min. for question and answer)

3. Please check that your presentation material will be displayed on the screen properly before your session starts.

4. Although both page ratios 4:3 and 16:9 are acceptable for you presentation material, we recommend 4:3.
