Information on presentation at ASPACC07



(1) Oral presentation
For oral presentations, a LCD projector is available. Therefore, each presenter is expected to bring his/her laptop own PC. If necessary, a power plug adapter should be brought. The plug used in Japan is type-A (American 2 pin socket) and the electric voltage is 100V. It is strongly recommended that presenters test the connection between their laptop PC and the LCD projector prior to their presentation. An oral presentation consists of 15-min. presentation part and 5-min. questions and answers part. For the details of the program, please access the following URL.

If you bring only the file in CD-ROM or USB flash memory data storage devices for a certain reason, please make your presentation file according to the following directions.
  • Available application is Windows MS PowerPoint XP.
  • Only “Century” or “Century Gothic” must be used as the fonts used in the presentation file (PPT file).
  • The format of movie inserted in the PPT file must be AVI and a standard video codec in Windows XP must be used.


(2) Poster presentation
A board of 90cm width X 180cm height will be allocated for each presentation. Therefore, posters must not exceed A0 (84cm width X 120cm height).
